Mustard yellow skirt with buttons

This bright mustard yellow A-line skirt has buttons all down the front, but is missing the last button. The material is cotton and spandex, it is a thinner material best for warm weather (but can be paired/layered with tights for a cute cooler-weather look.) Brand is Tropical Wear. A bit of ruche at the top, but not quite pleated. Almost like a mini dirndl. It has pockets!
