Musical themed antique bracelet

Black and white enamel in music theme set in an antique silver filagree piece connected by an elastic band vintage bracelet. There are no known markings, so the bracelet is probably not real sterling silver. It's a lovely bracelet and in great condition, but the elastic is old and probably would need to be replaced but is functional.
