Musical Santa Claus Decoration with Candle and Wreath

Holiday Creations Musical Light-Up Santa Decoration from around 1993, which is a collectible item.  The figure is animated and typically plays holiday songs.  Santa is depicted sitting at a small desk, seemingly checking a "naughty and nice" list.  A small, red candle on the desk lights up and flickers.  The base features text including "NOEL" and a small drum with "MERRY CHRISTMAS" written on it.
