ivanamorgan @bellafaith148 the package says 275 for 15 mins per 1/4 of an inch but do you have a good tip for small pieces? :)

bellafaith148 @ivanamorgan I usually do 250 for a little longer... Make sure you don't go too long tho or it will crack. Also helps if you put some glue in before you bake them if you're using crystals that way they really stay put. I would say try 250 for about 20-25 mins (depends on how strong your oven is)

bellafaith148 @ivanamorgan that is adorable btw! You may want to consider using a clear spray (polyurethane) after they cool for a bit to set it and make the pendant shine almost like glass. (Unless you're going for a matte look) I would experiment with both

bellafaith148 @ivanamorgan I always tend to go a bit longer and less hot especially when using crystals or semi precious stones just so I don't risk ruining or cracking the stones. Make sure you let it cool for a while after wards too

ivanamorgan @bellafaith148 thank you! What kind of glue? I have e6000 but it has warnings about the fumes so I'm not sure

bellafaith148 @ivanamorgan I use e6000 also. I was worried about the same or about it like exploding or something lol! You're not supposed to heat it up but I have before and whenever I have I would just use a tiny drop stick my crystal in and then add glue later with a tooth pic if it needed reinforcement. It's better if you can do the glue after so it works better but it can also ruin your project if you aren't careful

bellafaith148 @ivanamorgan that's also why I love to do the polyurethane because it helps to hide and imperfections and smooth things out. Just make sure you are outside or in a well ventilated area so you don't breathe in the fumes and don't hold the spray can too close or it will drip and mess up your project
