Murano? Style Glass Aquatic Fish Ocean Paperweight Sculpture Figurine

Murano Style Glass Paperweight, not sure of brand - please see pictures to be the judge. There are a few light scratches/scuffs on the glass that don't show up in the photos too well. There are some price sticker remnants on the base. This paperweight is slightly larger than most similar ones I have seen, see photos for measurements. Its shape is also a bit unique because it's not the standard globe shape. Thanks for looking!
