@sandradee411 Thank you for your interest. I kept the medium for myself because the dress is true to size across the chest. It is a beautiful dress, I bought it after seeing it in person on my friend.

@sandradee411 QDThe elastic that stretches under your arms across the chest is 17 1/2”, the width across what I would say is the hips( bottom of the pockets) is 24 3/4, so both would be doubled as I just measured across the front of the dress. I wish it worked for you. Just looking at it again reminds me of how pretty this dress is.
