Multiples Utility Jacket 3X FLAWED

New With Tags (has flaws listed below) Size 3X This beige jacket by Multiples is done in a utility style. The collared jacket has an inner zipper closure with a panel of snap buttons. It has a flattering peplum hem. The fabric is 100% cotton. Every edge & hem is raw & purposefully frayed. FLAWS: On one arm there are two spots of black paint that will be impossible to remove. The bottom snap button is broken. There is a tiny black dot on the back. The flaws can be seen in the last three pictures.
