Multi-colored gem collar navy blue dress!

New, never worn. Purchased in a store that designates "2" as Medium (roughly from size 6 to size 8, American). Got it for a work event so it can be used for business professional settings, but colorful enough to be used for formal cocktail dress as well! There's a small visible stitching shown in pictures. Only 2 small gems missing, but you can't tell at all. Mannequin is size 2*
