Multi-colored Ruffled Jumper.

This jumper has little stretch, only worn once. It zips in back, ruffles down legs to to but for a flirty look. The bottom legs are cuffed. Wearable well with a short fitted ankle boot or Cinderella Heels (clear shoes). Fits somewhat high neck. It's perfect for spring/summer events. Very cute on. I worn it to a wedding/reception.
