Multicolor Vienna Size 00 Mermaid dress

Brand new with tags but showing signs of distress from being tried on in-store. Back zipper needs to be replaced. The fabric Vienna used to create this dress is not the best quality which is why you see the threads pulling. When I bought this dress I intended to sew on various flower appliqus and add a slit and large train to repurpose it.
