these are very smooth to the touch. mid to low rise (see photos for unstretched measurements & fabric info). they're a very fun pattern. a couple loose threads I noticed when taking the pictures but no other signs of wear. they do go all the way to the ankle but I forgot to measure inseam - let me know if you need it and I'll measure. :) 88% polyester 12% spandex waist 14" unstretched rise 8.5"
