Multi-Color Ruffle Top

Mustard top with blue, purple, green and orange pattern. Capped sleeves, ruffle around the waist, ruffle around the collar. Size small. Steam to release wrinkles, always line dried. The arm pit area was a little big so I had them tacked but you could undo the stitch and never know. Super fun for summer or fall. Pair with jeans or shorts.
