marthashopper @kaylaamir1623 hi! Thank you for your patience. Lying flat it measures 17 across the chest. From shoulder to bottom hem, it measures 24 inches. Sleep with cuff up is 21 inches. With cuff down, straight 23 inches. Darling jacket, way to small for my bust😢 bit it is beautiful.
