Smooth green knit on the back side while the top is black crochet with colorful little accents, not exactly pom poms but just fancy little bits These are for longer fingered hands, not sized but will fit an 8 or large in women’s gloves I washed these on a gentle cycle and laid them flat to dry There are no tags and I suspect they are hand crafted
