What kind of fabric is it ? Did you try to wash these spots? Is the top washable ?

@ally2727 I'm so sorry to get back to you this late I have not been on Poshmark very recently, The fabric on this top feels like smooth thick silk, I have not tried to wash the spots out, The tag says, To hand wash cold, And hang to dry.
