Muki shoes Chelsea boot size 38

Brand new pair of muki shoes Chelsea boots. Leather upper and lined with wool. Size 38 Only wore them for a moment to try them on and they did not fit but I forgot to return them. I am a size 8 and would imagine these would fit a person who is a 7 or 7.5. Please note these are barefoot shoes, so they have a thin flexible sole, which allows your foot to move naturally.
