Sleek Movado watch in black and silver. Elegant design with a minimalist face. I refinish Movado watches as a hobby. I specialize in this brand. however in this case, the watch bracelet and case was pretty much Flawless and brand new looking. somehow when this watch was brand new moisture got on the dial and damage the dial and it's not real obvious to see. however this watch does sell for $2,200 brand new or rather it did. I've Had The Watch movement cleaned and a brand new battery installed and it is Flawless on the inside, except for the dial as I mentioned. you can have Movado replace it with a new dial or have it refinished by a company that refinishes dials on watches. I will guarantee you this watch for 60 days from purchase for operation.

turtlenose79 You're referring to the second hand? Is it also on the inside of the crystal? I had the same watch. My ex-wife gave it to me. She and the watch are gone. I miss the watch. Not so much the wife.

donrene33 @turtlenose79 I used to have this model watch about 10 years ago when I was selling a lot more watches and this was my favorite. I called Movado parts department and they do have this dial available. however they want $300 for it which still makes this watch a bargain. I also called Rich dials which does Dial Refinishing, and I've dealt with them off and on for over 40 years. I believe they quoted 225 to refinish.

donrene33 @turtlenose79 it's just the black dial. I don't recall if the hands any kind of spotting, but they're cheap to replace. I would give you the phone number for the Movado parts department that you would send the watch back to them and they would replace it. it would then be a brand new watch.
