Mountain Hardware Khaki Pants (Women's Sz. 12/44). Fabric is nylon and elastane, which is a good quick-dry fabric is nice give; and has drawstring in waist to tighten to desired fit. They are in new, unworn condition but tags are missing. They can be rolled up with a sewn in button tab to hold in place. I cannot wear them for the upcoming season due to weight gain. I hope they find a good home. I have included several pictures of the various features including a small side zip (key pocket), different angles, as well as measurements. *Not accepting returns, please let me know if you have any questions. sparkles050872 @mimc The correct measure is 17" inches laying flat; so about 34-35". There is some give to the fabric as well. (Sorry about the picture, when posted it cut some of it off). It has been corrected. It is a size 12. Thanks for asking and please let me know if you have any other questions.
