Reposhing this item. I bought it and never had the chance to wear it, so it's just been stored. I have too many dresses and I don't have anywhere to wear this, boo. I mean, I could probably just throw a blazer over it and wear it to meetings! The top is nicely padded so a bra isn't necessary. It has loops to attach straps, but it never came with straps when I received it. It's a rare size 4 Petite so my short 5'2" self can wear it with 4 inch heels. Bust: 16", waist: 14.5", length: 48"
