Motorola cable modem/router combo

Selling a used Motorola cable modem/router. Purchased from Xfinity, only a couple of years old. Works fine. Mom just doesnt need it anymore, her new place has cable included. Missing from the contents as listed on the box: the quick start guide and the ethernet cable.
