Motherhood Maternity top with attached Cami, size Medium

This is a top for Motherhood Maternity. It is black and white polkadot and it has a solid black Cami attached. It is a size medium. It has 3/4 length sleeves. The bodice is pleated. Please see the pictures. Fabric contact is 100% polyester. It is machine wash in Coldwater and tumble dry. There is an extra button attached to the fabric label. The approximate measurements are armpit to armpit is 20”, the 3/4 sleeve length is 17.75”, from top to bottom is 31” and opening at the bottom is 24”. The top is in great pre-loved condition.
