@jesserin0928 hi! I wouldn’t say they’re stretchy but they definitely are not super stiff and have loosened with wear. I would say they fit a 32/33 very comfortably. They might be tight if you’re a true 34. I wear a 32 in Jcrew and these fit on the bigger side.
