Sure! Set out flat: 12 3/8" , but there is a fair amount of stretch in these, so if I stretch it out with medium pressure, the waist is: 13 1/4"

@meghild laying flat they measure 12 " across. I know that sounds so small, but they have a lot of stretch to them. Can easily stretch to almost 15 inches across.
