Tulle on the skirt, velvet on top Zipper closure in back Precious ballerina kitty cats dancing all around the skirt My girls wore these for three Christmas seasons in a row to church & the Nutcracker Listing price is for one, but lmk if you’d like both & im happy to discount. Size is 4-5 but they wore them from age three. One dress has size/brand tag removed because she thought it was scratchy 😉
