shassan23 @ravencruz no, it was not included with the dress when I bought it at Saks. I think the one on the model may have just been for the fashion show. The dress in this listing only comes with the single sleeve on the right side. Hope this helps and thanks for your interest.

shassan23 @alevine1018 It’s not super stretchy like athletic wear or bodycon dresses, but it does have a medium amount of stretch. The base fabric is a polyamide/nylon blend, so it does have some of that stretchy quality associated with those materials. I hope that answers your question and/or makes sense.
