Listed for sale is the game shown in the photos. Comes in the condition pictured. Unfortunately the manual stuck to the game cartridge and got damaged. Most of the paper that got ripped off is from the manual, cartridge could probably be cleaned back up with some gentle cleaning. Genuine Sega cartridge.
