katieb606 @holzthumk Hi - A UK size 46 long is the same as a US 46 long. For men’s formal wear like suit and jackets UK and US sizing are identical as both systems measure the chest circumference in inches. The long designation referring to the sleeve and torso length is also consistent between US and UK sizing.
