A beautiful bright blue dress, reminiscent of the sea, with jewels and sequins encrusting a sweetheart neckline and a flowing midi or floor-length (depending on your height and choice of shoes) skirt. Includes sewn-in Empire Intimates bustier, which you could cut off with scissors if needed. The beading comes attached to mesh that is a little loose on the left side, so you could either wear that as is (as I personally would), or have the mesh sewn on more tightly with a few threads.
