Morgan&Co Party Dress Size 9/10 w/Red/Black Skirt and Black Cold Shoulder Top 🔥

Fit and flare semi-formal/formal dress. A cute Christmas party dress. Cold shoulder with spaghetti straps, navy blue top flares out to a multi-colored purple, dark red and black skirt. Skirt feels crisp and is lined underneath with a soft lining. Waist is gathered with a faux band and full zipper back. Two flaws 1.)is the hook fastener at the top is loose, 2.)small area center back fabric has pulled away from the waist. Both flaws could be easily mended but I’m definitely not qualified.NWOT but is priced with flaws in mind.
