Vintage from Morgan Designs. Mid century 1960s era chafing / warming / serving dish. 14” across. Wood handle unscrews. Copper plate inside. Missing the stand but a modern day stand can be used. Very heavy duty. Can be used to keep food warm before serving (bread wrapped in a towel, a plate of cooked food, hot appetizers, corn on the cob). If wooden handle is removed (it unscrews), this can be put in the oven to heat the dish to ensure that the food inside stays the proper temperature until it is ready to serve while other food is being prepared or if a guest is delayed.
