This is a Morgan Cole Women's Cobalt Pantsuit that is a size Medium. It is liquid knit and has sequins on the top. It is a stunning color. The material tag is missing. Laying flat, the top measures: Armpit to armpit-21" and the length is 29.5". The pants have an elastic waist that measures 27" and the Inseam is 29.5". They are in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
