Morgan & Co blue formal dress

Bought second hand and worn once for a pageant Still in great condition! Odd purple mark on strap, but not noticeable when wearing Small sequins on top and bottom, hits right at the knees. Runs small. I usually wear 4/6, but it’s marked as a 9/10 Reasonable offers please :) Smoke and Pet free home
