This is more pics of real vs fake MK bags plus pics of the serial numbers and date codes. I’m in no way an authenticating a bag just trying to educate people on MK bags because a lot of people are selling them and on live shows to. I have few other posts telling how you can tell to. If you need help authenticating a bag I can try help you and give you what knowledge I know. All MK bags has serial numbers with the exception of old bags more than 25 years old I’m not sure about those or even if Michael Kors was even out yet but all bags have serial numbers and date codes. Also if a seller tells you that you have to pay them to authenticate a bag or anything report them to poshmark. It’s the seller’s responsibility to authenticate anything they are selling not yours see slide above

Do your research. That red MK bag you have listed is counterfeit. Someone has attached a Michael Kors nameplate inside a no-name bag. Research.

@lisalappe3 The lining inside wallet and the zippers inside. The zipper should be metal with Michael Kors on it and the lining should have the MK logo or the words on it. I’ll tag you in a listing in my closet so you can see the difference. Do your research blocking people won’t keep them from reporting you. I’ve been on poshmark since 2013 left for awhile came back in 2017 I’m a poshmark ambassador and I’ve traded and sold MK for years. I’m only trying to help you

@simikelly97 Blocking people will not prevent them from reporting your bag. No one’s trying to sabotage you why would they? We were trying to prevent you from losing your closet because posh will close your closet for selling replicas . Why would you block people who’s trying to help you ? If you’d google you’d see that bag is fake and the person who bought it for you probably didn’t know it was either
