Moon and Stars Vintage Velvet Dress Costume

Vintage velvet dress with white pleated bottom and zip back. Faux diamond crescent moons and faux pearl stars decorate the velvet night sky of the bodice, with a unique second layer framing the bust charmingly. The white pleated bottom has some runs (holes) in it. It says it's a size 9 but I would say dress size 8. The waist is small.
