This dress is floral with ruffle on the sleeves and through the dress. Perfect for summer, very flowy and lightweight. Has a belt tie to wrap around the wait. Bodice is a wrap style. Has red flowers all over. Is a size S but can fix an XS like me. Flat measurements: Waist: 26 inches (can be more cinched with belt tie) Waist to hem (skirt): 22.5 inches

emi735 @marzn Hi! The chest measurements are about 16” across. So it’s about 32 inches. I’m small chested but when I wore it, it fit pretty well. But it has room if you have a bigger bust size. The dress does not have underling or anything. But the times I wore it, I wouldn’t put a lining or shorts under just because I didn’t think it was needed. So I would say it’s not see through. But I think it depends on personal preference if you want to wear something under. Thank you :)
