Monteau White Lace Ruffle Mini Dress

Comes with 1 slip that is under the lace overlay. Lace is absolute gorgeous and this dress has never been worn, only sat in storage for years. Has beltloops on each side. Sizing is as follows: Shoulder to hem = 35.5 inches for lace overlay Shoulder to hem = 34.5 inches for slip Elastic waist is about 25 inches around, but stretches to about 26-26.5 inches around. The lace overlay is an off-white color! The coloring makes it look more vintage-y and really compliments the lace. Keyhole back with one small gold/white button.
