Monteau Los Angeles Surplice Neckline Faux Wrap Top Size Small (Junior’s)

Pictures do not do this top justice! Substantial textured fabric with ruffles at arm openings, faux wrap with layered bottom and decorative tie. Elastic at back of waist for a slight peplum effect. Purchased from shopwithsarahk, but unfortunately this is too small for me. Did not realize this was a junior’s brand. Excellent quality! Happy to provide measurements if you’re interested!
