Skirt parts gradually at hip, split hem design 97% polyester, 3 % spandex - fabric has a nice textured feel. Measurements - Length shoulder to longest part of hem - 35.74” Length shoulder to elastic - 15” Length elastic to hem 20.25” PTP 17.5” stretches past 20” but with faux wrap/v front, you wouldn’t want to go past 20”. Elastic stretches from 13-15” This is a cute dress! I bought it and took it to Italy and never wore it. I took the tags off but it’s never been worn!
