Monteau Black and White Polka Dot Blouse

Stylish black top with white polka dots. Features ruffled details and elastic arm holes. Great for a teachers wardrobe / closet! Monteau Brand, size large, but best fits a medium in my opinion (I am typically a medium). Worn a couple times, great used condition.
