I wear I size S in most Patagonia and the fit is the same. Pit to pit : 19" This item is made and was purchased in Japan. Still in great shape with some, minor piling. The fleece texture is more like a heavyweight micro-fleece. Very smooth texture. The fit is somewhat formfitting. One pocket on the chest. 100% Polyester Smoke and pet free home. Thanks for looking!
