Monopoly 2004 Edition Board Game NIB with Flaw

Brand-new and still in original plastic. 2004 edition. Please note: there is one flaw. Someone tried to previously open the plastic seal and accidentally cut the side of the top of the box open (photos). None of the pieces are missing, but there is a tear in the top lid. I just want to be upfront about any and all imperfections. Price reflects this imperfection.
