Monmouth Native American Design Cookie Jar / Bean Pot by Western Stoneware, Monmouth IL. Wonderful early cookie jar or bean pot manufactured by Western Stoneware Co, Monmouth IL c 1930s – 1940s. No chips, no cracks no hairlines or other damage. Wonderful piece of pottery with a simplistic Native American design. Great addition to any kitchen décor, especially that “country kitchen” look. Marked on the bottom “USA”. Very heavy, very well made item that would also make a great table centerpiece. Very versatile in design. Measures approx. 6.5" H X 9" W.
