This skirt was once a wrap dress that’s been converted to a wrap skirt. The sewing was done by a wonderfully talented friend and is really well done. The dress was marked a size 12, skirt fits accordingly. The wrap is designed with a button closure inside and a waist tie on the outside. Waist 18” Length is 31”
