Monki Black Cropped Long Sleeve Off the Shoulder With Halter Neck Tie

I believe this is from ASOS. It isnt super cropped but detailed ruffled wavy hem at waist. It’s a nice thicker sweater material type top making it the perfect fall going out top. Black ties tie at the back of neck making it look halter like, unless you wanted to tuck those in the front you could avoid the neck straps and just wear it as off the shoulder look. Size small but also fits medium. Only minor flaw is a small hole at back of top up towards where the end of the tag is sewed, as shown in last photo. It is not noticeable if you wear hair down/its long enough to cover and can possibly be covered up with the neck tie.
