Monies Vintage Gerda Lynggaard 11-Strand Horn Necklace Women's 24" Brown. A fabulous array of natural horn beads is strung together in a magical mix of varied hues including marbled browns, russets, oranges, and fiery reds as only Gerda Lynggaard of Monies can do. There are eleven strands in all utilizing hundreds of individual beads of varying diameters. They all converge on a deep brown horn clasp that has natural ivory color striations. Monies is known, not just for their use of natural materials, but by presenting them in the most dramatic way possible. This necklace is 23" long with a 4" long cascade. It weighs nearly 10 ounces but, because the 2x2" wide clasp distributes the weight so evenly, it wears very comfortably. Excellent pre-owned condition. Ships from a non-smoking home.
