Monet Vintage Goldtone Mechanical Wishing Well Charm Signed in EUC The hand crank on the side moves as if you were lifting or lowering the bucket The last pix indicates where it is signed on the original clasp I am not sure what the name of the actual clasp is, I searched for hours online with no luck If I had to guess I would call it a scissor clasp because it reminds me how scissors work This type of clasp allows for easy on/easy off - and still is super secure This is a nice heavy charm, not a cheaply made one for sure Printed material dates this charm from the 1960's - so it is in fantastic condition for being over 50 years old Some minor wear but it all blends in
