*Description: This is a beautiful vintage Monet rope chain necklace with gold and silver from the 1960s. The unique design has the gold plated rope intertwined with the rhodium plated silver tone chain. It is rare to see the chain with both the gold and silver tones in one. It has has the signature sister clasp from this time period. Monet started the rope collection in 1961 with a handful of styles but by the 1970s it had grown into a collection of close to 100 different rope designs.
