This is a nice all weather outdoor rain wind jacket in very good condition. This jacket has cinch cords at the neck and elastic sleeves and waist. It was made in Cambodia. Measurements: Shoulders 18" wide Arm length 26" Bottom waist 21" Top of neck to bottom hem 29". If you have any questions or need additional photographs please ask.
