Moncollet blue and white dress

Here is a moncollet dress perfect for the workplace! It hits just above the knee and can tie in the back. You can spice up this dress by adding a playful jacket like the vest featured in the photos! There is some weird design spread on the sleeves which I featured in the photos as well, but that is the only issue with this piece. The fit is a very simple yet elegant tailor, with buttoned wrists.
