Moncler shearling and suede boots

Authentic Moncler boots, purchased at Sak’s. Brown, size 38.5. There’s something sharp sticking up in one of the shoes. I believe it’s part of the metal from the logo and it touches my heel when I walk. I inserted a gel insert and can’t feel it, though!
